About Travis Benzing
Founder
Travis started his detailing career at 15 years old, working for a BMW dealership. Shortly after starting Steamboat Detailing Inc. in 2002, Travis wanted to take his skills to the highest level, so he attended Attention to Details, the premier detail training program in the US. In 2005, Travis was trained and certified to install Clearbra paint protection film. He was selected to join the elite Air Force One Detailing Team in 2007.

About Mike
Owner
Originally from California, Mike moved to Colorado in 2010 while serving in the U.S. Army and is proud to be the new owner of Steamboat Detailing. As a Special Forces veteran, real estate investor, and entrepreneur with a Master’s degree in Accountancy, Mike brings a unique blend of disciplined leadership, financial expertise, and strategic vision to the company. He has a sharp eye for detail and a deep passion for service-related projects.
Outside of running the business, Mike is dedicated to staying active and exploring. His personal hobbies include hiking, working out, various types of marksmanship activities, playing pool, and traveling.

About Austin
Austin grew up in southeast Pennsylvania, where he discovered his passion for automotive care while spending three years detailing cars at a local dealership. In 2014, he relocated to Boulder, Colorado, to fully embrace the mountain lifestyle. An avid skier, Austin hit the slopes for 122 days during his first Colorado season and is now a sponsored athlete with a signature model from RVL*8 Skiboards.
Alongside his athletic pursuits, Austin has dedicated the past seven years to professional vehicle detailing. During his time in Steamboat Springs, he successfully launched and ran his own small detailing business. He brings this deep industry experience and entrepreneurial eye for detail to our team.
